What is Coaching? 

Coaching is about empowering you to arrive at your own vision for your life. It is about listening and understanding. It is about support and accountability. No bias, non-judgemental, simple support.

Will a Coach tell me what to do?

No, coaching helps you clarify your life through your choices and actions. Your Coach is there to listen, guide and encourage you, as well as provide feedback. Your Coach will also challenge why you want change and what that might look like.

What is involved in the coaching sessions?

To start with we will have a FREE 30 minute Discovery session to discuss your challenges and vision for the future. Going forward we will both sign a confidentiality contract and discuss the format and frequency of your sessions. Each one to one tailored session is 40 minutes, once a week. You may be asked to complete a journal of your progress to ensure you are on track. Visit the Contact page for prices and further information.

Are my coaching sessions in person?

The majority of my coaching sessions are via Zoom or Google Meet, visit the Contact page for location of face to face sessions.

What about confidentiality?

Both client and Coach sign a confidentiality contract at their first session, as well as outlining the rules of engagement. This ensures transparency and clarity.

What is the time commitment? 

On average 6-9 months, though you should expect to see noticeable changes after 3 months.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your are required to give 24 hours notice of missing a scheduled session. Two consecutive missed sessions will be discussed regarding your commitment.

Do you offer refunds?

I do not provide refunds. You have the option to select pay as you go or payment up front, the decision is yours but all payments must be made 24 hours before the start time of your session.
